I am an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor, intuitive tarot reader & lifelong creative person who has been teaching yoga since 2013 & reading tarot for over 25 years.

My offerings are informed by my first hand experience living with C-PTSD (and being on the never-ending healing journey that that brings,) and by my experience as a queer, neurodivergent, non-binary femme.

I am so grateful to all of the people I have had the privilege of practicing with over the years, and look forward to getting to know those I am yet to meet. I consider myself a “forever student” and I am committed to growing and changing, learning from my mistakes, and expanding the conversations around how to heal in community.
